What we collect
- Information you send us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you include when you email us or book a call.
- Standard technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected through routine server logs.
- If we enable analytics or advertising measurement tools, they may set cookies or collect usage data; where required, we will ask for your consent first.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, schedule and prepare for conversations you request, deliver and improve our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not buy or sell leads.
SMS and mobile messaging
If you opt in to text messaging from Omniscient Systems, the following terms apply:
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS/text-messaging opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@omniscient.systems.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example hosting, scheduling, and communications platforms), when the law requires it, or in connection with a business transfer. Service providers are bound to use your information only to provide services to us.
Retention and your choices
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to info@omniscient.systems. We will respond as required by applicable law, including the New Jersey Data Privacy Act where it applies.
