The challenge
Agencies run on a patchwork of tools their clients never see working together. We wanted one system of record for every client we serve, good enough that we would use it every day. Because we do.
The approach
A multi-tenant architecture with a portal for every client behind a single login. Modules ship independently: markup and approval on live pages, social publishing with an approval queue, a keep-in-touch relationship engine, and an automated lead engine. Each one earns its place by running real client work.
