01 / The challenge

A two-sided marketplace has to prove its loop before it has users. The public face had to make the core mechanic playable in the browser on day one.

02 / The approach

We shipped Phase 0 as proof, not promise: a fully playable swipe demo in the hero, a live waitlist underneath it, and a voice pitched at people who are done with job boards. Employers and universities get their own tracks inside one narrative.
